2. Understand your Customer- Who is your target audience or ideal customer? Tailor your posts to fit your "character." Do your research; who is your ideal customer and who do you want to target as a future prospect?
3. Create Authority- Who are you as a business? Why should people listen to you or buy your product? Creating a sense of authority on your product or service provides the customer with a feeling of safety and builds loyalty which will lead to a sale.
